Beat Bloat

Is there any way to quickly flush sodium out of your body?
I cant seem to avoid sodium. I’m a very picky eater and when I make a meal that I really like and thats pretty healthy (cook from the eat clean cookbook by tosca reno) I find that it has a lot of sodium and its not added salt, its from the ingredients. Anways, How do you flush it out or beat the bloating?
To flush it out you need to drink loads of water, exercise a lot (sweat it out), and eat antioxidant rich foods like prunes/plums, blueberries, blackberries, cranberries, pomegranates, oranges…
To make your food taste better without all the sodium use a mix of spices such as Mrs. Dash or Abodo. Personally I love Spike. Or you can rule out salty seasonings completely by simply mixing garlic, onion, and paprika. I add it to spaghetti, macaroni, guacamole, chicken, fish, hamburgers, salads…pretty much anything you want to spice up.
Another way to beat bloating is to eat food that aids in digestion. Some of the top ones are pineapple, yogurt, celery, ginger, and pepper.
Stay away from onion, brussel sprouts, cheese, and any sugary food or drink.
Keep up the effort and remember, a healthy body makes a healthy mind.
